Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital and Research Center conducted 3rd school tooth brushing Program at Dhapasi Secondary School, Dhapasi on May 24th ,2018 (10th jestha/2075)
This School tooth brushing program is been conducted under Dr.Osawa smile project (Buddhi bangara foundation, Japan). Every 6 month team of dental surgeon visit school and carry out study of oral hygiene and decayed, missing, filled tooth in the same sample of students. Then the students will be distributed free toothbrush and paste and bushing technique will be taught and students will be asked to brush their teeth.
This year 250 students were orally screened, among which 103 from class 3-7 (male-45, female -58 ) were of Dr. Osawa smile project sample group.
