Kantipur Dental college,Teaching hospital and Research center supported dental camp for street people.
On chaitra 24th Saturday (today), Kantipur Dental College, Teaching hospital and Research center supported free dental camp for street people at Sankata temple, Newroad. The camp was organized by Youth legend club, Dillibazar.
Even during drizzle, 80 street people were orally screened and brushing technique were demonstrated to them. While oral screening, most were diagnosed to have gingival problems and tooth decay. Practice of brushing tooth with only brush and plain water ( i.e no toothpaste use )were found in practice.
