Free Dental camp at Him Rashmi High School

Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital and Research Center conducted one day free dental camp at Him Rashmi High School, Manmaiju on 13th October 2017. The objective of dental camp was spreading oral health education in school children . Dental team was led by Dr Smita Dhakal with 20 team members . Total of 400 students and 10 school teachers were screened. Most of the student had dental caries and gingivitis as major oral disease. Few had exfoliiative mobility. For prevention of oral diseases, oral Hygiene instructions were provided that included tooth brushing demonstration and proper dietary habits and for treatment students were referred to hospital for the needful.
