‘Healthy Child Healthy Smile’

Kantipur Dental College Teaching Hospital and Research center conducted one day Free dental camp under ‘Project Healthy Child Healthy Smile’
at Euro kids school , Basbari on 17 dec 2017. Team was Let by Dr Parajeeta Dixit , senior Pediatric Dentist (Head of Department,Pedodontics) with an objective of raising the oral health awareness among school children as well as teachers.
Total of 152 students were orally screened and almost every child presented with a problem of multiple tooth decay. All the children were provided with oral Hygiene instruction that included tooth brushing technique and dietary tips.

Also all the teaching staffs were provided with presentation by Dr Parajeeta in basic oral health care and how to identify common oral diseases and help to monitor the basic oral hygiene practice in school.
