KDCH conducted one day Dental camp at Holy Garden Boarding High School

KDCH conducted one day Dental camp at Holy Garden Boarding High School on 1st August with an objective of oral health awareness. Dental camp was conducted as a part of BDS curriculum where students of BDS 3rd year participated. The team was led By Dr Sujita Shrestha. About 400 people including students, teaching and non teaching staffs were screened. Dental team had a set up of screening and education section where students after screening were taught about oral hygiene Maintainence along with Toothbrushing demonstration and dietary habits for good health. The most common finding was dental caries and gingivitis. People with treatment need were referred to the hospital for needful.
