One day free Dental camp at Budanilkantha, Krishna mandir( ISKCON)

On the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janma Aasthami kantipur Dental College And Hospital conducted one day free Dental camp at Budanilkantha, Krishna mandir( ISKCON). The Team of 12 dental professional was led by Dr Nagaraja Rao The program was conducted as a part of Dr Osawa smile project under Buddhi Bangara Foundation, Japan . The president of Buddhi Bangara Foundation Miss Yoko Watanabe and the member of that foundation Miss Aayako ( Dental Hygienist Instructor) And Dental hygienists Miss Aajusa and Miss Seuri observed the dental camp . Around 100 patients attended Dental camp. Patient were provided with services like oral check up, oral hygiene instruction , Tooth Brushing demonstration, simple extraction and simple restorations. Most people who were adult presented with dental caries and gingivitis as a major oral disease while children mostly had exfoliative mobility and dental caries. Many children got their tooth extracted in the camp field itself. The patient who could not get curative service at camp were referred to the hospital.
