SPREADING SMILE ON CHILDREN’S DAY

On the auspicious occasion of National children’s day bhadra 29 Kantipur Dental hospital organized free oral health camp at Scheme public higher secondary school Maharajgunj Kathmandu.Team was led by Dr Smita Dhakal along with intern doctors from Department of public health dentistry. About 400 students from class nursery to class 9 and 10 teaching staffs were screened and provided with the dental treatment according to the need. Almost 300 students had problem of dental caries and few had gum problem. Students weregiven oral hygiene instructions and teachers were trained on oral care. Kantipur dental hospital at Maharajgunj is providing special discounts on treatment on the occasion of children’s day.
